Tomorrow we celebrate Thanksgiving in the United States. We tend to think of this as a food-eating and football-watching holiday. And these days many stores open up on Thanksgiving evening so shoppers can get a head start on Black Friday deals.
While it’s wonderful to have a day to enjoy these things, I hope you will take some time to be grateful for all that you have in your life…including the fabulous feasts, the football games, and the opportunity to save money.
I also hope you will go a step further and bring gratitude into your daily life. Here’s why: the practice of heartfelt gratitude raises your energetic vibration. When your vibration is higher, that means you can manifest even more good into your life.
When you feel disgruntled or when you focus on the lack in your life, you block the flow of having more.
Sometimes it’s hard to be grateful when things are going wrong or when we feel like our resources are tapped out. But these are the times when it’s even more important to express gratitude. Do you have a roof over your head? Do you have food to eat? Do you have friends and family who care?
If you keep looking, you will find many things to be thankful for.
Gratitude is a life changer. Begin today to acknowledge every little thing you have, and you will begin to have more.
